Meetinghouse Rentals for Rites of Passage
First Parish Kingston Church is pleased to offer our Meetinghouse to members and non-members of this church for weddings, and other rites (child dedications, funerals, memorials). The Meetinghouse is a traditional New England style church, which seats up to 300 people. More information is available upon request.
Meetinghouse Rental Rates for Weddings and Other Rites
Minister’s Fee* $500
Use of Church $500
Sexton Fee* $75-100
Security Deposit $150
Soloist/Organist (available upon request)
*Pledging members do not pay minister or sexton fees. Soloist/Organist fees do apply.
Beal House and Sampson Hall
Our facilities are available to rent for single events, multi-day workshops, or on a continuous basis. The facilities include the Meetinghouse, Beal House, and Sampson Hall and can be used for services, concerts and other special events. Seating in all but the Meetinghouse is flexible and can be arranged to suit most needs. An approximately 50-space, off-street paved parking lot and an additional unpaved rear parking lot are located adjacent to the Beal House and Sampson Hall. Our buildings are fully accessible. Separate restroom facilities are available in both the Beal House and Sampson Hall. Our various facilities are ideal for rites of passage, parties, concerts, large meetings, catered events, bridal and baby showers, or receptions of any kind.
Sampson Hall
The largest of our facilities, Sampson Hall, offers a seating capacity of approximately 100 people and direct access to the kitchen and is fully accessible. The room also offers a stage, perfect for award ceremonies, plays, school events, and DJs and concerts.
Beal House
The Beal House offers an intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings or meetings, with a seating capacity of 40 people. This room offers direct access to the kitchen.
Kitchen
Our bright and spacious kitchen is equipped with two stoves, three sinks, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, glasses and large coffee pot. It also offers plenty of counter space and serving windows to both Sampson Hall and the Beal House.
Outdoor Events
Our parking lots and lawn are available for rent for yard sales, auctions, flea markets, and fairs. An optional custodian fee includes setting of tables and chairs and the use of the indoor restrooms.
