In the NBC show "The Good Place," we follow Eleanor Shellstrop, an ordinary woman who enters the afterlife and, thanks to some kind of error, is sent to the Good Place instead of the Bad Place (which is definitely where she belongs). While hiding in plain sight from Good Place Architect Michael, she's determined to shed her old way of living and earn her spot.

This group will meet on Zoom to discuss one episode each week, beginning with episode 1 of season 1. We will draw on philosophy, theology, and the connections we each bring from our own explorations, using The Good Place as our shared text for spiritual deepening. Episodes of The Good Place are viewable on Netflix, NBC.com, and other streaming platforms.
