Parish Committee: The Parish Committee consists of seven (7) members and meets on the first Thursday of the month in the Beal House. Top
Committee on Ministry: The COM consists of seven (7) members and meets on the first Thursday of the month in the Beal House.  Top
Music Committee: The Music Committee meets the third Thursday of each month and consists of no fewer than five (5) members. In collaboration with the Music Director and minister the committee provides for the music program of the church including but not limited to the choir and other musical components of the worship services. The Music Committee also engages, supervises, and evaluates the work of the Music Director and makes recommendations to the Parish Committee in relation to his/her compensation.  Top
Religious Education Committee: The Religious Education Committee consists of no fewer than five (5) members and, in collaboration with the Director of Religious Education and the minister, approves a curriculum of religious education sufficient to meet the needs of the parish. The committee engages, evaluates and supervises the work of the Religious Education Director and makes recommendations to the Parish Committee in relation to his/her compensation. Top
Membership Committee: The Membership Committee consists of seven (7) members and meets on the second Tuesday of the month in the Beal House. Top
Buildings & Grounds Committee: This Buildings & Grounds Committee consists of seven (7) members and meets on the first Monday of the month in the Beal House and consist of no fewer than five (5) members. The committee is responsible for the supervision of maintenance and improvements to the buildings and grounds of the parish. It engages and evaluates suitable persons for the care of the buildings and grounds and contract for services and supplies necessary for maintenance or improvement projects. Top
Ministerial Search Committee: When required, this committee shall consist of no fewer than five (5), members who shall see that the pulpit is supplied. They shall investigate and evaluate available ministers, and submit their recommendation, together with a proposed contractual agreement. A vote of the parish, at a meeting duly called for the purpose, will be necessary to authorize the Clerk within ten (10) days to issue a call to the chosen minister, and to execute the authorized contractual agreement with the minister. The Ministerial Search Committee shall serve until the vote of the parish. Top
Membership Committee: The Membership Committee consists of seven (7) members and meets on the first Thursday of the month in the Beal House. Top
Nominating Committee: A Nominating Committee of at least three (3) parish members shall present nominations at each Annual Meeting for parish officers, elected parish committees, and a succeeding Nominating Committee. Top
Finance Committee: A Finance Committee composed of the parish Treasurer and at least four (4) other members, elected by the parish will  report  its past year's activities at Annual Meeting. The Finance Committee shall have authority to designate in what bank or banks the funds of the parish shall be deposited. It shall invest the funds of the parish in investments that have been approved as legal for savings banks in Massachusetts or in investment trust securities, according to its best discretion, and shall make such changes in investments it deems wise. They shall make quarterly examinations of the condition of parish finances and report same to the Parish Committee. The Finance Committee may engage, oversee and evaluate the services of a bookkeeper to assist the Treasurer in keeping true and accurate financial records of the parish. Top
